  Ms. Silverman (I cannot call her a doctor) did not actually treat any of my mother's health problems. She kept referring her out to specialists. My mother had to go the ER to have an abscess drained and was instructed to have her primary change the bandages and packing in three days. Silverman could not do any of these things as she can not afford to stock bandages, tape, or gauze in her office but suggested we go to urgent care or a surgeon. Both options incur a large copay for a person on a very tight fixed income. She does not even stock tongue depressors or cotton balls. She has no authority to admit you to any hospital nor will she actually touch you. My mother has cyst in her ear that Silverman could see but was going to refer her out to an ENT because they have training to deal with those.....Silverman is only a medical monitor, she is either too ignorant or too scared to be an actual doctor.
